DS MP3 Player
Nintendo have released a neat new DS MP3 player that lets you easily play mp3s on the DS and DS Lite, GBA, GBA SP, and GB Micro. The DS MP3 player uses regular SD memory cards, and has a built in interface to select mp3s, and switch between repeat and shuffle modes - there’s even a cool Mario interface option.
Pink PSP

Sony have just released a pink PSP. Unlike Nintendo’s faded pink DS, the pink PSP is the real deal - seriously and unashamedly pink. It’s pink, we like it.
Atari 2600 keychain games
These have to be the smallest plug’n'play games in the world. Yes, these tiny keychains actually contain classic Atari 2600 games. The catch is that you need to plug the keychain into a slightly larger cable (included), which in turn plugs directly into your TV. There’s three versions available:
Paddle - Pong, Breakout, & Warlords
Joystick 1 - Asteroids & Millipede
Joystick 2 - Centipede & Yar’s Revenge

Wii LAN adapter
The Nintendo Wii LAN adapter is required to connect the Wii console to a wired router. According to Nintendo, “non-Nintendo” Wii LAN adapters are not compatible with the Wii console, so if you want a wired connection for your Wii, this is the only way to do it.
Xbox 360 wireless wheel

Driving games have always been way better when played with a proper steering wheel controller - and the Xbox 360 wireless wheel is one of the best racing controllers we’ve seen - for any platform. Being wireless means you don’t have to worry about cables running across your gaming room, and you don’t have to spend half an hour unplugging the controller when you’ve finished racing. But it’s the pedal design (and build quality) that really impressed us. Unlike other pedal bases that slide all over the place on floorboards, or have to pressed into your carpet, the Xbox 360 wireless pedals have a cut out for your heels, which keeps the pedals where your feet are. It’s simple, and it works. And suprisingly, it sneaks in at under US $150. We like it!
PS3 BD remote
Sony’s new PS3 BD remote uses the PlayStation3’s built in Bluetooth wireless connection (instead of IR like a normal remote control) to control Blu-Ray and DVD movies and music. If you ask me, it looks kinda huge and 80s. But it sure has a lot of buttons.
The PS3 BD remote is available now at Play-Asia.
PlayStation3 - available NOW!
Play-Asia have added the 20GB and 60GB PlayStation3 bundles to their catalog, plus the wireless PlayStation3 controller, and a decent selection of PlayStation3 games. Both consoles are currently in stock (or will ship within 5 days) - no pre-ordering, no putting your name on a waiting list. The PS3 is really here!

PlayStation3 released
The PlayStation3 has finally hit the shelves - at least in Japan. These photos from the Japanese PlayStation3 launch pretty much speak for themselves.
Premodded Xbox
If you’ve always wanted an Xbox with a modchip, but were too afraid to ask - or just too lazy to do the research… then this little baby is for you. ModChipStore, who are pretty much the kings of PlayStation and Xbox modchips, are selling premodded Xbox consoles, with a pre-installed SmartXX v2 modchip, a 120GB Seagate hard drive, an Xbox air cooler, a Microsoft controller, and an official Microsoft DVD remote kit - for $399. Considering what you can do with a system like this, I’m suprised they’re even allowed to sell it. If you want one, get one now.
GP2X Payback full version released
We were starting to think it might never happen, but after a long wait, Payback has finally been released for the GP2X - and it looks stunning. Payback has over 50 missions, in 11 cities, and is totally non-linear - so you can do pretty much whatever you want - from stealing cars and trucks, to following specific missions, or just going nuts. And yes, it supports TV out! You can download the demo or purchase the full version of Payback (on a 512MB SD card) here.
