Nintendo DSi sticker skins

I’m not normally a big fan of skins for handhelds or consoles, but the lastest DSi sticker skins actually look pretty nice.

Nintendo DSi
The Nintendo DSi is the long-awaited successor to Nintendo’s popular handheld video game console. Compared to the Nintendo DS Lite, the NDSi features a 17% larger screen, is 12% smaller overall, and weighs in at only 214 grams. The DSi also features a built in camera, SD memory card slot, web browser and music playback function.
Nodame Cantabile
I just got Nodame Cantabile for the DS, and it’s fast becoming my favorite DS game of all time. Nodame Cantabile is a collection of mini games all based on music. There’s all sorts of cool games – you use the stylus to tap the screen in beat with the song (the drumming one is my favorite), and although the game is in Japanese, there’s really nothing to read anyway.

Nintendo DS emulator for Windows

Want to play Nintendogs on your PC? Well, you can’t – not just yet anyway. But there is DS emulator for Windows, it’s called “DeSmuME”, and it’s free! Although DeSmuME currently plays only a few commercial DS games, it does play many of the homebrew games and applications for the DS. At the rate that DeSmuME is developing, it can only be a matter of time until we see a fully fledged DS emulator for Windows.
DS MP3 Player
Nintendo have released a neat new DS MP3 player that lets you easily play mp3s on the DS and DS Lite, GBA, GBA SP, and GB Micro. The DS MP3 player uses regular SD memory cards, and has a built in interface to select mp3s, and switch between repeat and shuffle modes – there’s even a cool Mario interface option.
